Avengers: Infinity War - 10 Characters Thanos Should Bring Back
8. The Abomination
Previously...
Back before the Hulk was semi-rebooted for The Avengers, he battled a mutated Emil Blonsky, wrecking Harlem in the process. After his enemy was defeated, he was taken into custody and held in the Vault, a cryocell prison located in Barrow, Alaska.
Initially, before Hulk was hired to the Avengers Initiative, the World Security Council had planned to use him on the team, believing him to be a war hero who was only defending himself in Harlem. That was ultimately nixed by SHIELD and Tony Stark, who consulted on the decision.
Current Whereabouts
Still in his icy prison in Alaska.
Why He Needs To Come Back
Alongside Black Dwarf, the Abomination is one of the only enemies capable of going toe-to-toe with Hulk and seeing how Banner would react to such a monster from his past would be very intriguing (particularly if he's still keen on suppressing his Hulk side).
