4. The Collector Appears (And Is In Trouble)

The Spoiler:

On his quest to pick up all of the Infinity Stones, Thanos will visit The Collector and destroy his vault (again). The character isn't entirely confirmed officially, but he's going to appear, and he's got bad things in his immediate future.

The Evidence:

His involvement (which could have been easily assumed thanks to him having the Reality Stone) was pretty much confirmed by Chris Hemsworth on Jimmy Fallon, but also by leaked footage from the film.

That same leaked footage also showed Benicio Del Toro's Collector being interrogated by Thanos about the location of the Reality Stone as the Guardians Of The Galaxy sneak into the lair. Another snippet of leaked footage showed The Collector's lair on fire as the Guardians look on, suggesting he doesn't make it out alive and it all kicks off.

Interestingly, it also reveals that Thanos is willing to get his hands dirty to track down the Stones, rather than just sending the Black Order.
