Sadly, lamentably and dammit, heartbreakingly, Loki is no more.

Even if you slice the deaths of Infinity War as "before The Snap" and after as a way of assuming the latter's bodies are trapped in the Soul Stone, Loki's final scene is framed and shot in a way that's meant to last. We literally see Thanos pluck him off the ground and squeeze the life out of him.

Bloodied eyes, sharp intakes of breath, final words - it's an ending to one of the MCU's best villains, and a send-off that propels Thor into the final battle with a demonstrable passion.
