19. Groot Creates Stormbreaker's Handle

When Thor and Eitri the Dwarf King (Peter Dinklage) are working together to forge Thor's new weapon Stormbreaker, Eitri realises that the Asgardian will die if he can't quickly locate the handle for Stormbreaker and assemble the newly-created battle-axe.

Groot, who spends most of the movie playing handheld Space Invaders, finally gets his time to shine, growing a handle from his own body, using it to join Stormbreaker's two metal components together and breaking the wood away from his body (but not before we get an awesome hero shoot of Groot holding Stormbreaker in the air).

As the weapon hits the floor, it begins to emit lightning and rouse Thor back to life.
