49. Hulk

Until whatever problems Marvel have with making a standalone Hulk movie are sorted out (Universal seem to have some of the rights still), Mark Ruffalo will have to make do with ensemble appearances. He's already set for Thor: Ragnarok, which will give Bruce Banner a nice little jumping board into the cosmic world of Infinity War (and setting the scene for an eventual Planet Hulk movie... please).

48. General Ross

One of the more shocking developments in the recent MCU is the return of William Hurt as General Ross (he first appeared in the almost-forgotten The Incredible Hulk). Now it might just be an appearance built on light continuity wrangling, but given that the Red Hulk hasn't been ruled out entirely by the Russos' (only for Civil War), it seems possible he'll be brought back for some CGI fun down the line.
