5. Scarlet Witch And Vision's Romance

Scarlet Witch and Vision's romance has been hinted at for a little while now, with her taking him down in Civil War clearly a painful moment for both, but it appears to be in full swing by the time of Infinity War. It's a relationship taken from the comics, although the big kicker here is of course that we're seeing a human-looking Vision, rather than a red android.

Coupled with the poster pairing the two together, and it's clear their romance is going to be a big part of both character's arcs across at least Infinity War. What isn't clear, though, is whether or not this is really happening, or if Vision is having a, well, vision. Vision did want to learn how to control the Mind Stone, which could lead to him being able to take human form, although events later in the trailer suggest things won't be going so well for him. Alternatively it could be a dream sequence, especially if he were to die, or Scarlet Witch bending reality to make him appear human.

Whatever the actuality of this specific scene, it does state that their romance will be key in the film and should also form a large part of Scarlet Witch's story going beyond Avengers 4 too (bring on a loose House of M adaptation...).

In terms of further romantic entanglements, it's also edited for at least a hint of a reconciliation between Natasha Romanoff and Bruce Banner, and it wouldn't be surprising to see them head down that route again.
