More of Tony Stark and the Guardians here, as we see him next to Star-Lord and Drax, and his meeting with Peter Quill is about as great as you'd expect. They're both used to being leaders, and naturally aren't going to see eye-to-eye on the best way to tackle Thanos. What that plan is we don't know, but presumably Quill's not too keen on taking on the Mad Titan directly.

It's unclear where Gamora is at this point, but we do know that Rocket and Groot are off with Thor. Meanwhile, this appears to be happening on another planet, which is thought to be Titan, Thanos' homeworld (the same place where he throws a moon). Peter Parker just looks delighted to be there.
