Snapped out of existence after watching Vision's death. She had a quiet sort of acceptance about her death, weirdly.

WHY She Died

Scarlet Witch was one of the victims consciously targeted more because of what she represents rather than any real dramatic impact. It would have been different if Vision or her surrogate father Hawkeye had been there to witness it, but neither were for different reasons.

More likely, Scarlet Witch's ties to the Mind Stone and her supreme (but not fully explored) powers were what set her apart. She had proved herself capable of being able to battle one Infinity Stone equally (the Mind Stone) and she held her own pretty well against Thanos when he came for Vision. But ultimately, her succombing was an easy way of showing how much Thanos' powers had improved.
