Her Role in Forever: Kidman appeared as psychologist Chase Meridian. In the Years That Followed: The actress starred in DreamWorks' first film, 1997's The Peacemaker, alongside George Clooney, Stanley Kubrick's final film Eyes Wide Shut in 1999, the musical smash Moulin Rouge! and horror hit The Others in 2001 and the acclaimed Cold Mountain in 2003. Over the next decade beyond that, she lent her voice to the first Happy Feet and popped up in a number of films ranging from The Golden Compass to Just Go With It to last year's family hit Paddington. As of 2015: This year, she's already starred in Kim Farrant's Strangerland, with James Franco in Werner Herzog's Queen of the Desert and in the Jason Bateman-directed The Family Fang. Next month, you can see Kidman with Chiwetel Ejiofor and Julia Roberts in Secret in Their Eyes. As for next year, she'll be turning up in the biopic Genius with Colin Firth and Jude Law, in the survival tale Lion and in the film adaptation of Neil Gaiman's short story How to Talk to Girls at Parties.
