4. Deadshot
Although a version of Deadshot (named 'Barsad') was claimed by many fans to have been Bane's second-in-command in
The Dark Knight Rises, this isn't really enough to convince me that Deadshot has had his shot at on-screen blockbuster fame. Therefore it would be very cool to see him portrayed properly for the first time in a Batman reboot movie. Deadshot is a character in the mould of Marvel's Bullseye, in the sense that he is an expert marksman who rarely misses his target - largely thanks to a cybernetic eye that enhances his aiming accuracy. Usually portrayed in the comic books as a hired hitman/asassin, Deadshot would represent a genuine threat to Batman in a live action movie if he was hired to kill the caped crusader and would make for a thrilling story.
