Speaking of nightmarish visions, at one point Bruce also dreams that he visits the Wayne family mausoleum to find a religious stained-glass window featuring Superman (again with the Jesus), and a bleeding grave cover. When he investigates, the stone gives way and he's attacked by what appears to be a giant bat, jumping out to give the audience a legitimate jump scare moment. Obviously, Batfans' minds will immediately jump to Manbat, the grotesque inversion of Batman who needs a cinematic outing in the future (particularly if it's in a detective story/horror mash-up).
