3. Has Metropolis Recovered From Man Of Steel?
The BvS trailer gives us plenty of chance to relive the climactic battle from Man Of Steel, as it's revealed that Bruce Wayne was visiting Metropolis at the time and had a hard job protecting civilians amidst the huge scale destruction. In case you haven't seen MoS or simply tuned out the somewhat headache inducing finale, Zod and his forces were using a 'world engine' to drill into the planet, causing destructive ripples to rip into Superman's home city. By the time the battle was over, Metropolis lay in ruins. What we don't know though is what state we will DC's first city by the time Batman v Superman opens. With Superman seemingly being worshipped it would seem that there aren't too many people blaming him for the collateral damage. Still, a city like Metropolis could never be rebuilt in three short years, even with the help of a friendly alien, so hopefully we'll see the lasting effects of Man Of Steel carrying into BvS.
