Batman V Superman: 9 Major Reveals From The New Images

9. Batman Put The Suicide Squad Behind Bars

It's common knowledge at this point that Batman is going to appear in Suicide Squad. While set photos (and the official Comic-Con trailer) featured the Caped Crusader atop The Joker's car as he pursues the Clown Prince of Crime and sidekick Harley Quinn, there have also been a lot of other rumours about the character's involvement in the movie. Those include Batman breaking in to Belle Reve to confront Amanda Waller and various other flashbacks to when he captured his arch nemesis. However, Batman's role in Suicide Squad may be even bigger than initially expected. The magazine reveals that the Caped Crusader is responsible for putting all of the members of Task Force X behind bars. How could one man have achieved so much? Well, this version of Batman has been operating in Gotham for twenty years, with director Zack Snyder ages him around 45 or 46. There's a lot of history there then, and more than enough time for him to have taken on everyone from Deadshot to Killer Croc. What's going to be interesting about Suicide Squad then is whether or not it depicts Batman taking down these guys in flashbacks. Their mutual hatred of the Dark Knight would certainly give them something to bond over while on missions anyway.
