6. Wonder Woman Saves The Day
Some people are a still a little bit tetchy over the fact that that Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Cyborg are due to appear at all in a film billed as the fight between DC's alpha males, Batman and Superman. Having Wonder Woman finally show up properly in the latest trailer was thus absolutely the right way to go - not only does it give us a glimpse of a character that we already knew was set to have a sizeable role, but it also establishes her as an equal match for her Justice League compatriots. Although it's only a small cameo in terms of the trailer, there's no denying it shows Wonder Woman's importance and strength. She should by rights be a huge feminist icon, and having her save the lives of the two titular characters shows promise that we'll get a character that's true to that ideal. Lets just hope that DC and Warner don't do a Marvel and simply fail to release any good Wonder Woman merchandise during the film's cycle.
