7. The Flash (2018)

Setting up The Flash certainly won't be a focal point of Batman v Superman, but there are a couple of ways it could quietly and subtly do so, either with or without the inclusion of Ezra Miller, who will star as the superhero speedster in his 2018 solo offering. The DCEU version of the Flash will be Barry Allen - a forensic scientist. All Batman v Superman would have to do to link it to him would show Batman or Superman working in conjunction with the police and their forensic investigations to subtly link to Allen. That's probably the way it will go down, either with or without Miller's involvement, but the likelihood is that his character will either appear or be mentioned at the very least ("I'll have Barry take a look at it", something like that). Given Miller's early casting, an actual minor appearance is most probable - possibly with Allen looking at some forensic evidence that will interest the titular heroes. Then again, it could just mention his home of Central City in passing - perhaps in a news report - because that would certainly do the trick.
