7. Mary Elizabeth Winstead Is Lana Lang
Lana Lang is Clark Kent's great love interest as a youngster, albeit one he becomes distant from when they're adults, but still, wouldn't it be cool to see Lana make an appearance in Batman vs. Superman? We saw her very briefly in the school bus flashback in Man of Steel, and if there's one actress out there who would absolutely kill the role, I think it has to be the luminous Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Though she's gorgeous and a talented actress, she's low-key enough that she wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb in a smaller role, and though I wouldn't dare suggest any sort of Spider-Man 3-esque love triangle, a passing appearance would be a fun way to pay tribute to the character. Again, it's not a necessary addition, but if they want to flesh Clark out as a character a little - as accounted for many of the complaints about Man of Steel - then this might be just the way to do it. Present her as a childhood friend who perhaps gets kidnapped by Luthor along with others, and Clark has to save the day.
