9. Eisenberg Is Too Geeky
When you think of Lex Luthor, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Yes, obviously apart from bald. Smart, ruthless, arrogant... I have no doubt that Eisenberg could play these attributes and maybe he'd do a good job of it, but would he nail the part? I think not my friends, for you see, Eisenberg is just a bit too geeky.
I know, I know, geek chic and all that, but is that what we want from our new Lex Luthor? A wealthy, power-hungry sociopath... who looks like he plays dungeons and dragons in his parents basement on weekends? Hmmmm... perhaps not. I can just see Batman and Superman quaking in their boots at the every thought!
