Batman Vs Superman: 10 Superior Actors Who Should Have Been Lex Luthor
9. Andre Braugher
Let's get this out of the way: the source material for some people will be considered sacred, and interfering with it is not acceptable, but the simple fact is that Andre Braugher is a black man, and he would make a great Lex Luthor. That's all that should matter. Andre Braugher is the master of silence, exuding incredible power by just holding someone's stare and saying nothing. There is an immediate sense of authority, and to say Braugher is cold does not do the man justice, he has liquid nitrogen running through his veins. Lex Luthor should be cold, willing to take any route necessary to defeat Superman, and that profile fits the actor perfectly. You get the feeling that Braugher could send millions to their deaths for no reason without blinking an eye. That's exactly what you need for playing Lex Luthor, or being an actual dictator. Stand Out Moment: As Frank Pembleton, he tears apart a suspect in a murder case, knowing the suspect to be innocent, in season 2 (episode Black And Blude) of Homicide: Life On The Streets, and showing true passion and anger as he screams for a confession, creating an incredibly tense and moving scene.
A 27 year old man who should know better.
An actual RE teacher.
Living in the North of the United Kingdom with his partner and two rabbits.
The rabbits are called Jasper and Isabella, and they are the inspiration for most of his work, as well as eating USB cables.
