She's always going to be his number one, and he's always going to be Batman's number one and Batman's always going to be ok you get the picture. Harley Quinn is a no-brainer number one choice for the perfect Batman villain that Snyder and his team could use. First of all, she's a woman. That might not sound like much to you, but female villains aren't the most popular thing in comic books. Harley would do every lame female villain that's been featured on screen a huge service because she is everything you want from a female Batman foe; smart, delusional, sexy and completely obsessed with The Joker. For Dr. Harleen Quinzel, psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, treating The Joker was a life-changing gig. She turned into Harley Quinn, started wearing the harlequin costume and did everything and anything the Joker told her to do. If this was some other list of Batman villains, and not one that is specifically related to paying tribute to Christopher Nolan, Quinn would probably be somewhere in the middle. As it stands, she's my number one choice because there's no better Batman villain Snyder could pay tribute to than The Joker, and there's no better villian to do it with than Harley. She can be referenced as Dr. Quinzel if plans for future Batman movies include The Joker, or she could already be crazy Harley Quinn killing, committing crimes and messing with Ben Affleck's Batman.
