4. Black Canary - Emily Blunt

Emily Blunt is one of the finest actors working in the industry at the moment, and with that in mind, either Marvel or DC would be very fortunate to procure her talents for their respective franchises. Having been linked with the MCU in the past, there is a chance that Blunt could travel there, but there's a DC role she'd suit wonderfully.

Black Canary is the Justice League's premier martial artist, and was - along with Barbara Gordon and Huntress - one of the founding members of the Birds of Prey. She's a leader in the truest sense, and while audiences have already seen the character brought to real life on the CW with Katie Cassidy and Caity Lotz, the Dinah Lance from the comics has yet to receive a thorough page-to-screen adaptation.

Emily Blunt, who's risen to prominence in roles for both Edge of Tomorrow and Sicario, is the perfect choice for that character. Blunt, like Dinah, is no stranger to an authoritative performance, and when it comes to imbuing the character with a real presence - the kind that would make anyone sit up and take notice - Blunt has all the talent to make it happen.

Throw in John Krasinski in a Green Arrow cameo, and DC will have one of their most formidable partnerships brought to the big screen - a prospect fans couldn't possibly pass up.
