Glow turned out to be a surprise hit for Netflix just the other year, and with a second season on the way, it's likely that some of the show's stars will be gearing up for other roles in the near future. Sydelle Noel is one such star, and with the actor having already made one heroic appearance as a member of the Dora Milaje in Black Panther, further forays into the superhero genre are sure to follow.
Vixen, despite their fan following, is still to be broached on the big screen. On the CW, Mari McCabe however has taken a leading role in the Arrowverse - first in her own animated series, and then in subsequent guest appearances on Arrow itself. She's still destined for the cinematic realm though, and Noel - hot on the heels of her time on Glow - would be brilliant as the character.
Outside of the comics (and the recent CW show), most fans will probably know the character of Vixen from her appearances on Justice League Unlimited, where she was caught up in a love triangle between Green Lantern and Hawkgirl. There's a whole lot more to the character than that though, and while there'll be fans who want to see the CW's show get a shot at the big screen with Vixen like they wanted with Flash, it's best to differentiate between the two universes.

In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
