9. The Justice Society (Of America?)
There have been rumours for months about the roster of Black Adam's Justice Society of America, but the "of America" part of the team's name was conspicuous by its absence at DC FanDome. It seems that may have been ditched for this iteration of the team, but two key heroes were revealed during the event (there was no mention of previously rumoured additions Stargirl and Hawkgirl).
First up was Hawkman. A reincarnation of an Ancient Egyptian prince named Khufu (in at least one origin, he's died and been resurrected more times than even he can keep track of, and it will likely be archaeologist Carter Hall beneath the mask. Needless to say, it will probably be his actions which lead to Black Adam being discovered and returning to the land of the living.
However, Dr. Fate will provide some backup, as he's also an archaeologist and a character with plenty of knowledge about the world of magic. After all, he is the DC Extended Universe's Sorcerer Supreme (putting him on par with the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Doctor Strange).
Hawkman and Dr. Fate are clearly set to lead the team, and may be the only original members left. If so, that explains why they're now on something of a recruitment drive...
