Music has also been another consistent strong suit for Black Mirror, and yet again, Bandersnatch is no exception.

Though Frankie Goes to Hollywood's iconic "Relax" is a recurrent motif throughout the episode, players will occasionally be given options to choose the episode's soundtrack, such as picking between Thompson Twins and a Now 2 compilation, and then between Tangerine Dreams' record "Phaedra" and Isao Tomita's "The Bermuda Triangle."

Elsewhere the likes of Eurythmics, Kajagoogoo and Depeche Mode can be heard throughout the episode, ensuring that not only does Bandersnatch sound quintessentially 80s, its synth-based focus perfectly accentuates the episode's exploration of video game development.
