15. "Another White Boy"

After Killmonger breaks Klaue out of custody, Everett Ross ends up being gravely wounded when he throws himself in front of a bullet meant for Nakia. He's shot in the spine and it's decided that he wouldn't survive without the advancemenets of Wakandan medical technology, so T'Challa chooses to take him home for treatment.

When he arrives, he informs Shuri of the patient and she celebrates having "another white boy to fix" - clearly referencing her role in helping deprogramme Bucky after he was put on ice in Wakanda at the end of Civil War.

As the Infinity War prelude comic reveals, she plays a key role in his treatment.
