If Mason isn't Taskmaster, then the next most likely candidate (at least on Reddit) is Rachel Weisz's Melina Vostokoff. It's possible, albeit unlikely, but as a former Black Widow, she'll certainly have the appropriate level of fighting abilities.

"She was trained in the Red Room," Weisz reveals. "I'm a Widow. I was taken away from my parents when I was small and given over to Dreykov, who runs the Red Room. He is the mastermind behind the training that all the Widows go through. I think for some time he's been like a father figure. I'm definitely brainwashed by him. I believe in his cause."

The actress would go on to explain that when Black Widow begins, Melina has moved on from her life as an operative for the Red Room and is now "living in quite a deserted place living with pigs" as a "scientist." Weisz would later note that, "my character does go through a lot of twists and turns."

She's definitely a candidate for Taskmaster, but Tony Masters' (his name in the comics) secret identity has never been overly important to his comic book adventures, so perhaps he won't be unmasked?
