The Great Moment: While aboard a SHIELD helicarrier, Maria Hill outlines the details of the Superhuman Registration Act and demands Captain America surrender. In his first act of open defiance to the law, he stages a daring escape from the vessel.

Why We Won’t Get To See It: We may yet get to see Cap stage a similar breakout, it just likely isn’t going to be aboard a helicarrier. After both The Winter Soldier and The Avengers staged massive set pieces aboard these flying ships, it would seem fairly repetitive to set yet another action scene aboard one.

It's also worth noting that SHIELD is in shambles and Maria Hill isn't set to appear. With a changing set of circumstances and overseers, it's almost impossible to imagine such a specific sequence still playing out.

There’s a hundred different facilities that Cap could escape from, be it an office building, a private airplane or even the Avengers base. But rest assured, such a daring act of aggression is not going to happen in the same way that it did in the comics.
