Captain America: Civil War - 12 Biggest Rumours You Need To Know (Dec 5th)

1. The Accords ARE About Registration

Despite the fact that it was long assumed that the Sokovia Accords would limit when governments could use superheroes, rather than having them forcibly take attendance as they did in the comics, it looks like registration is part of Civil War. This is also despite the fact that registration would cause all sorts of narrative problems (including making the lack of an unmasking hero a bigger loss) for the MCU going forward. Rating: 10/10 Thanks to one eagle-eyed Redditor, the full title of the document shown in the trailer is "Sokovia Accords: Framework for the Registration and Deployment of Enhanced Individuals." So that means attendance definitely will be taken (at least among those who agree). Whether it's the right idea is another thing: registration means a need to punish non-conformers beyond striking them off the official list of available players. In the comics that meant a giant prison, but that seems improbable in the film at best. But then maybe they're about to throw another curve ball? What do you think of these rumours?
