11. Was Tony Just Putting The Moves On Aunt May?

When Peter Parker makes his bow (and reveals that he's basically a petty thief, claiming people's lost tech for his own), he comes home to the sight of Tony Stark chatting up his Aunt May. He quips about how young and hot she looks, and then bangs on about how attractive she is, to Peter's dismay, suggesting that Peter might have walked in on something entirely more sordid if he'd taken the long way home from school.

And more importantly, how exactly does Tony Stark work out that Parker is Spider-Man? There's absolutely no precedent hinted at and it makes Spidey look terrible at his job (and like an easy target to any villain with access to the same videos of his exploits). At least when Falcon seeks information on Ant-Man, there's a hint that Spider-Man exists - shouldn't there have been even a tiny attempt to fill in the gap of how Spidey came to Stark's attention?

Likewise there's also no hint at why he thinks Spidey's powers would suit taking down Team Cap?
