Captain America: Civil War - Every Character Ranked From Worst To Best

Whether you're a fanboy for War Machine or not heading into Civil War, it's impossible not to acknowledge that Iron Man's favourite side-kick (well, former favourite anyway) gets royally screwed by the film.

He starts in his usual supporting dynamic with Tony, but the presence of Falcon (who is essentially the same character in this universe) and the apparent favouring of Anthony Mackie's comic performance, Rhodey is pushed a little out. He's boring - a company man whose reason for signing the Accords is inconsequential - and he keeps getting his ass handed to him.

Also, what happened between the end of Age Of Ultron and the start of Civil War to fire him from the Avengers? He was set up to be one of the new core and then all of a sudden Lagos happens and he's nowhere to be seen. Poor form, Russos.

As a final insult, he's also the only character who ends up getting his life ruined, and all because Vision was too horny for Scarlet Witch to pay attention.
