16. Aunt May

It's great that we have a new Aunt May, and that she's likely to be significantly different from the two previous versions we've seen on screen, but she wasn't really in Civil War a great deal.

What we did get to see was an inevitably proud, inevitably protective auntie who responded with inevitable positivity to Tony Stark flirting with her. It's not a massive foundation to work from for Spider-Man: Homecoming, but at least Marvel were smart enough to playfully acknowledge the (ridiculous) concerns over her being "too hot" to play the character.

She's clearly affable and charming enough to play whatever angle Jon Watts goes with for Homecoming, but she didn't pull up any trees in Civil War.
