4. Spider-Man
After years of fans clamoring to see Spider-Man rightfully take his place in the MCU only to be shut down time and again due to Sony's seeming refusal to consider playing ball with Marvel and Disney, it came as a wonderful surprise when it was announced everyone involved was working together to make it happen. Marvel knows how important the character has been for their company and how popular he is to the masses, and they're going all in by introducing him in Civil War ahead of his own solo film next year. Since 2002, weve been given five Spider-Man films of varying critical, financial, and creative success, but its hard not to be thrilled at the prospect of seeing the Web-Head finally brought to life by the people who understand and value the character the most. As with all things, reservations have to be kept in check until we finally see him in the film, but there's an undeniable comfort in knowing that Spider-Mans finally home and that his future in the MCU whatever it may be is already looking bright.
