Captain America: New World Order - 10 Supervillains Who Could Appear

Not only is Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker often seen as the face of Hydra, he has battled Captain America more than anyone, save for the Red Skull.

Because the terrorist leader has been a thorn in Cap's side for decades, it's disappointing how little he's been utilised in the MCU. After Strucker was teased in the post-credits scene in Captain America: Winter Soldier, we assumed the monocle-sporting madman would play a big role in the future.

But in Avengers: Age of Ultron, he was killed off off-screen after for five minutes of screen-time. Just to make it more insulting, he was snuffed out off-screen. He had such a minor effect on the franchise, casual fans probably don't remember him.

But Strucker can be brought back in some way, possibly by having his children return to seek vengeance for the murder of their father. Since Wolfgang’s twins, Andrea and Andreas, have regularly faced the Avengers, there's nothing stopping them from appearing in live-action. And since Hydra's mantra is "Cut off one head, two more shall take its place", having Sam Wilson face the Von Strucker twins seems perfectly fitting.
