It's hard to tell which supervillains will be reincorporated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, or when. However, it's safe to say Baron Helmut Zemo's return is a safe bet. In Captain America: Civil War, the Sokovian mercenary nearly destroyed the Avengers by strategically manipulating them to turn against each other. Considering how close he came to decimating Earth's mightiest heroes despite harbouring no superpowers proves just how dangerous Zemo is.

Although Daniel Bruhl did a terrific job as Zemo in Civil War, he showcased a more playful and charismatic side to the character in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, causing the hooded baron to become one of the most beloved villains in the franchise.

Even though he was being carted to prison the last time we saw him, we know this is not the last we've seen of Zemo. I mean, he's just too entertaining not to utilise as often as possible. And because Daniel Bruhl has terrific chemistry with Anthony Mackie, it would be sacrilegious not to put him in the next Captain America instalment, even if he played a minor role.
