Casey Affleck: 5 Awesome Performances & 5 That Sucked

1. Little Kid - Chasing Amy (1997)

Okay, so this entry might be a bit of a cheat, considering that the youngest Affleck is in Kevin Smith€™s Chasing Amy for all of two minutes, but it is a fairly awful showing. He basically cameos as a comic book fan getting his Bluntman & Chronic comic book signed by its creators, Holden McNeill (Ben Affleck, mentioned on this list for the umpteenth time) and Banky Edwards (Jason Lee, on absolute form). A belligerent fan, winding Banky up for being a €œtracer€ - he€™s actually the inker - manages to rope Casey€™s poor young fan into the debate, asking him what the definition of tracing is. €˜Little Kid€™ then tells Banky that he doesn€™t want him to sign his comic. €œI want the guy that draws Bluntman & Chronic to sign it. You€™re just a tracer.€ It€™s the worst line delivery of all time. But hey, the guy went on to become one of Hollywood€™s greatest (if underrated) character actors working today, so he's crying all the way to the bank.
