8. Mr Freeze - Ralph Fiennes
After everything that's happened to Mr Freeze, playing the character may feel like career suicide. Since Arnold Schwarzenegger's pun-filled monstrosity of a performance, it feels like all hope for the character has been lost. In fact, it would probably be wise for Reeves to ignore the character altogether. Nonetheless, he's a villain with a fantastically heartbreaking backstory and with a veteran like Ralph Fiennes behind him, we may yet see Mr Freeze's on-screen career saved.
Fiennes is one of the very best actors Hollywood has to offer and could channel Freeze's sympathetic character in his sleep. The tragic backstory established in Batman's animated series has brought new life to the character over the past few decades and made him become a fan favourite amongst Batman fans.
His character isn't the only thing that's great about him. He boasts a fantastic costume and powers that would be fantastic to see with modern technology as opposed to the awful comical effects in Batman and Robin.
