DCEU: 10 Superhero Films DC HAVE To Make

Given Zatanna is pretty much one of the most badass magic users in the DC – and given that she also is involved in a sizeable portion of major storylines – her appearance in DC on film seems almost inevitable.

What isn’t totally inevitable, however, is whether this appearance will be a fully fledged Zatanna film. Although it would perhaps be a little too close to Doctor Strange for comfort, if anything Marvel's Sorcerer Supreme only serves to prove that the powers of CGI are truly ready for the supernatural wonders that a Zatanna film would hold.

More importantly, it would also allow for the magical element of the DCEU to be better shown, rather than just the extraterrestrial and mythological components.

With a Shazam film seemingly opening the floodgates for this, we can only hope that DC realises it's time to bring in the wizards, and let's their most theatrical magician star sooner, rather than later.
