DCEU: 21 In-Development Movies Ranked From Most To Least Likely

Chances Of It Happening: 5/10

In October 2017, it was reported that a solo Deathstroke movie was in development, with Joe Manganiello starring as the skilled assassin and Gareth Evans (The Raid) in negotiations to direct.

Shortly after, the character had a brief appearance in Justice League, popping up in the film's post-credits scene where he discussed setting up a team of super-villains with Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor.

Based on these two factors, it's clear that Warner Bros has (or had) plans for Deathstroke going forward. He's a popular character, and a small-scale, gritty superhero movie would feel refreshing when compared to the scale and scope of something like Justice League.

But it's important to note that this Deathstroke news came before DC reshuffled their creative higher-ups, tapping Walter Hamada to bring the DCEU back on track. This in mind, it's entirely possible that a solo Deathstroke movie is no longer on the table - plus, a deal with Evans hasn't officially been signed.
