3. Will The X-Force Movie Actually Get Made?

The Question: Fox are currently developing an X-Force movie, which would star Deadpool and Cable among other heroes (Domino, Warpath, Cannonball and Feral if concept art is accurate) with Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2) currently set to write and direct. However, ambitious projects such as these frequently get nixed, so will it actually happen? The Likely Answer: The gut feeling is not anytime soon if ever. Though Fox hope to release it in 2017, without a script in place or shooting ready to start, that becomes less likely with every passing day, and if Deadpool turns out to be the monster hit Fox are expecting, they will probably prefer to move forward with a more direct Deadpool sequel, striking while the iron is hot. Is an X-Force movie happens, it will probably be set-up and teased in at least Deadpool 2 and maybe a future X-Men movie, so if we do see it, it probably won't be until 2019. But of course, we'd be glad to be wrong about that.
