2. Gail, Wife Of HYDRA

One of the most unexpectedly joyous easter eggs in the movie was the brief cameo from Bob, Agent of H.Y.D.R.A., a fan-favourite teammate of Deadpool. Although his allegiance may need changing (bloody studio rights), he's a character who would be perfect for a more extended appearance in a sequel. But that's not the only reference hidden in this moment - Deadpool references Bob's wife, Gail, which is (like Kelly) a quick nod to another comic book writer, Gail Simone, widely regarded as one of the best people to ever pen the character in print.
