Another reason that Cable will be an excellent addition to the X-Mens filmic universe is his skill-set. He has some seriously unique super-powers, the likes of which have been translated to a big screen superhero movie before (at least not a good one). This will allow Deadpool 2 to up its visual game with some stunning and surprising special effects. Cable is best known for his shiny silver cyborg left arm, a side effect of the deadly techno virus that Apocalypse injected him with as a child. But most uniquely, Cable is a technopath, meaning that he can interface mentally with machines and bend them to do his will. He uses these skills in battle, will deadly effectiveness, rather a lot. This would look awesome up on the big screen, as long as a decent-sized budget is allocated to the CGI effects. Cable was a powerful mutant before becoming a cyborg. He was a telepath (mind reading), and also a strong user of telekinesis (moving stuff with his mind). Hes got enhanced speed and strength, as well, and has even been shown to blast energy directly from his brain as a potent attack. Its unclear how many of these powers hell display in Deadpool 2, but it seems likely that Cable will be seen showing off some hefty abilities during the films action scenes.
