6. Juggernaut

Less successfully protected from spoiling before release was Juggernaut's involvement in the sequel, as it leaked thanks to the soundtrack. But that didn't take anything away from the character's impact.

Surprisingly for a character who is wholly CGIed (with the addition of some facial scan work), he looks brilliant and smashes the memory of The Last Stand's comical version of the character through the wall.

He's a faithful adaptation, including his relationship to Professor X and his powers and he both looks and sounds great thanks to Ryan Reynolds' secret involvement in bringing him to life. Yep, that's his voice there. It's a shame he's killed off (probably), but he was great while he lasted.
