2. Colossus
Played By: Andre Tricoteux (motion capture) and Stefan Kapii (voice). Who are Andre Tricoteux and Stefan Kapii? Tricoteux is an actor/stuntman whose worked on shows like Psych and Once Upon a Time and films like Seventh Son and the upcoming Warcraft, while Kapii has had small roles on television in projects like The Unit, Numb3rs, and 24. Colossus has already appeared in X2: X-Men United, X-Men: The Last Stand, and even X-Men: Days of Future Past, but - as any fan of the comics version of the character will point out - he was far from being a faithful incarnation of the character who's been around for decades. Fortunately, though, Deadpool looks set to rectify that, accurately nailing the physical appearance and Russian background that have defined him throughout the years. Like Negasonic Teenage Warhead, the footage has already given away that Colossus is definitely tied to the X-Men in this movie, but whether or not it's in a parallel universe or in the DOFP changed timeline is, as mentioned earlier, anyone's guess for now. At the least, his presence will likely pave the way for the proposed X-Force movie. Between that possibility, seeing the traditional take on the character brought to life, and watching how the stoic Russian deals with Deadpool, there's a lot to be excited about when it comes to his role in the film.
