6. Trey Parker's Hilarious Villain

The movie's easy highlight is Trey Parker's antagonist Balthazar Bratt, a former 80s child star who had his own TV show, which was eventually cancelled when puberty set in.

His entire shtick involves him evoking everything 80s, from his clothes, to the aforementioned music, and even his vernacular, and Parker does a fantastic job making the character the series' best and most outlandish villain yet (aside from Gru, of course).

Though Bratt's screen time is actually fairly minimal throughout the film, almost every scene he's in perks things up considerably, and if he returned for a future movie, there'd be no complaints here.
