Though a lot of us expected Spider-Man: No Way Home to contain a bunch of crazy multiverse cameos... it actually didn't. Maguire, Garfield, and Cox were all strongly suspected, and we already knew about the returning villains.

But Doctor Strange 2 looks like it might actually pull the trigger on that cameo craziness. This movie is literally called "Multiverse Of Madness" after all, and from the trailer, we've already seen a variant of Strange. And that's not to mention recent reports that the movie has added even more cameos during reshoots.

For a moment though, consider this: what if all this chaos isn't just restricted to this movie? What if the multiverse isn't glued back together by the time the credits roll, and future MCU projects will have to deal with the consequences?

The final episode of Loki did hint that the multiverse will be a pain in the neck throughout Phase Four, and considering that multiverse meddler Kang The Conqueror is lined up for Ant-Man 3 - which releases after Doctor Strange 2 - it's entirely possible that Multiverse Of Madness will merely be the beginning of the, uh, madness.
