Doctor Strange 3: 10 Characters Who Could Be The Main Villain

In the Doctor Strange 2 post-credits scene, Clea cleaves open a portal for her and Strange to enter. If you look closely, you can see they are about to enter a realm resembling The Dark Dimension, which harbours Dormammu the Faltine.

Although this hasn't been confirmed, this suggestion is more than a mere fan-theory. In the comics, Clea is the daughter of Umar the Unrelenting, who happens to be Dormammu's twin sister. Because Umar has used Clea to further her own schemes and torment Strange (including in her debut appearance), it's feasible she will appear or be referenced in the next instalment.

But if she serves as the big bad, Strange will have his work cut out from him. Umar's sorcery is immeasurable. She has an army of Mindless Ones at her beck and call. Her seduction skills are so legendary, she successfully tempered the Hulk when he was at his most angry and powerful.

And because sequels always have to go bigger, she may not be the only Faltines we see. If Umar or Dormammu unleash a horde of their brethren upon Earth, it might be too much for the mighty Doctor Strange to emerge victorious.
