Gideons tie pin in the Chaos theatre and his logo in general is modelled after the Triforce in Legend of Zelda with a few cosmetic changes. Namely, there are now stylised Gs in every corner. If you turn the logo on its side it reads as three sevens, thus making Gideon as the seventh evil ex match up with the subtle numbering system for all the other exes. Then theres also the fact that Scott fights him on level 7, Gideon uses seven hand signs to power himself up and his attributes all increase by the power of seven. Finally, Scott gets 7 million points for exploding him.
