After Gideon is defeated with a KO sound from Street Fighter Alpha 3 it looks as if Scott has to fight his mirror duplicate Nega Scott. Of course, things dont end up that way and we get a good joke instead as the two Scotts turn out to really like each other, seeing as theyre the same person. Nega Scott himself is inspired by Dark Link, a frequent enemy in the Zelda series, with this Scott taking the design of the Dark Link from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Super Smash Bros Brawl.
