Fangoria are reporting that
Edgar Wright will be contributing a faux trailer for the Tarantino/Rodriguez project
Grindhouse. No word yet on the subject matter of the trailer, but it could very well involve his regular stars
Simon Pegg and
Nick Frost. Hell, it could even be a false trailer for
Shaun of the Dead 2 which would be a pretty neat idea. So here is a quick update on the list of confirmed faux trailers for Grindhouse...
Cowgirls in Sweden - sexplotation trailer directed by
Quentin Tarantino.
They Call Him Machete - fake trailer involving
Danny Trejo that is clearly seen in the trailer. The trailer is more than likely directed by
Robert Rodriguez.
Werewolf Women of the S.S. -
Rob Zombie's horror trailer, starring
Nicolas Cage.
Thanksgiving - A 70's/80's homage slasher flick directed by
Eli Roth.
