Every 2018 Comic Book Movie Ranked Worst To Best

5. Teen Titans Go! To The Movies

Considering the darker tone of a lot of comic book movies coming out at the minute and the very consciously adult approach to them, it's great that 2018 has included more than one release aimed way more obviously at younger audiences (or just audiences who can appreciate less mature content).

The far less heavily-hyped of those releases was Teen Titans Go! To the Movies and it is legitimately one of the most surprising and entertaining superhero movies of the year. It's light-hearted, energetic and joyously fun, which is an underused currency these days.

It's critical acclaim also proved ahead of Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse's release that silliness and fun were still very much welcome in the genre. Much like The LEGO Movie, it doesn't pander to its younger demographic and it's a must-see for that and many other reasons.
