Every American Pie Movie Ranked Worst To Best

Before 2020 came along with the dreadful Girl's Rules, Book of Love was universally considered the worst American Pie movie. While it may no longer hold that title, it still has nothing to be proud of, as the film is an unfunny mess with dull characters, a lacklustre plot and none of the series' charm.

The Book of Love takes place ten years after the first American Pie movie and centres on a new host of awkward virgins as they attempt to use a Sex Bible - created by Eugene Levy's Mr Levenstein - to get their love lives in order.

All of the spin-off movies lost the heart and thoughtfulness of the classic series, and this movie is no better, as instead of giving you a heartfelt story about a group of friends and their sexual antics, it just throws gross-out humour and nudity your way. Then again, if you're watching the fourth American Pie spin-off, then that's probably what you're looking for.

Some of the worst moments include; the intro where our lead masturbates into a sandwich, an older woman dying whilst performing fellatio and someone being sodomised by a moose. It's painfully unfunny and just too much.
